Okay, it looks like you used both DLC installer (you have a proper crack in Game-cracked folder) and you also extracted the crack yourself (crack in Game folder too). my sims4 high school dlc won't download and is stuck at 14% I've tried reinstalling the game and cache clearing my computer through cleanmgr.exe I think maybe if I could uninstall the 14% that has been installed and try installing again, it may work.
